Alongside this, our Executive Services division provides discreet, high-touch travel management and logistical support for private offices, executive assistants and production companies for their high-profile travellers visiting the region.

I'm Harriet, the founder of Chester & Rose, and I've called Botswana home since 2013. Over the years, I've built my career in Southern African tourism, working with established safari companies and gaining experience in everything from tailor-made honeymoons and family adventures to complex group travel, luxury events and specialist projects.
After years working within larger organisations, I wanted to create something more personal. A small, independent DMC where relationships matter, destination knowledge comes from firsthand experience, and every itinerary receives the attention it deserves. Based in Maun, on the doorstep of the Okavango Delta, my team and I are fortunate to experience the places we sell, build close relationships with our suppliers and stay connected to what's happening on the ground.
Our role is simple: to make selling Southern Africa easier for our travel trade partners. We do the research, navigate the logistics and share our honest recommendations, so you can offer your clients exceptional experiences with confidence.
